Shipping Policy

Major appliances will be delivered to the curbside/driveway of your home only.  The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time.  Smaller items are shipped via UPS.

Items on our site are available for delivery in the Continental U.S. only.

We cannot ship to FPO or APO Addresses.  

Next day Delivery is not available.   

Open box items may or may not be shipped in their original box / packing material. Larger items are shipped on wooden pallets to help prevent any damages during transit. All items must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any shipping damages must be taken up with the carrier at the time of delivery. All shipping policy guidelines are set forth by the carrier and any shipping damage claims are to be filed directly with the carrier.
